Job Description for Appraiser (Commercial Real Estate)

Examines and evaluates commercial property to establish a fair market value for loan collateral. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, 6-8 years of related experience and certification/licensure in the field. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
