Job Description for Architectural Drafter III New Search   
Conceives, designs, plans and constructs models for new or modified structures. May also be responsible for using computer equipment to layout diagrams and schematics used to install and repair electrical systems. Coordinates and determines quantity and types of materials needed, and schedules material orders to support the construction or build schedule. May require a bachelor's degree in related area and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May direct and lead the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
