Job Description for Assembly Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates the work of employees who work on assembly-lines. Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to meet certain certifications in field. Requires at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
