Job Description for Asset/Liability Analyst

Gathers and analyzes data used in the development of programs and/or models that evaluate the organization's asset/liability strategy. Monitors and reports on interest rate risk and liquidity risk; assists in the development and deployment of strategies designed to mitigate these risks. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 4 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
