Job Description for Bankruptcy Specialist III

Responsible for the documentation and filing of bankruptcy materials with the appropriate attorneys. Ensures full compliance with bankruptcy regulations. Monitors accounts throughout the bankruptcy process and contacts appropriate party when necessary. May require an associate's degree and 4-6 years of related experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
