Job Description for Business Systems Analysis Manager

Manages a team of analysts responsible for the analysis of new business system development and existing system improvement. Allocates analysis team resources and monitors deliverables to ensure client needs are met successfully and in a timely fashion. Coordinates with other teams to indentify and implement new systems to support business function at effective cost. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
