Job Description for Call Center Scheduler, Sr. New Search   
Coordinates the distribution of work tasks to support call center representatives. Monitors incoming call volumes and ensures even distribution among representatives based on workload. Considers time sensitivity of requests to ensure customer satisfaction. May respond to some less complicated issues but escalates all in-depth issues to representatives. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
