Responsible for the ongoing service of cash management programs for business banking clients. Oversees development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Acts as a liaison between client companies, service representatives, account management and sales, providing technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department.
