Job Description for Cash Management Service Supervisor

Supervises ongoing service of cash management programs for business banking clients. Assists in the development and implementation of custom plans to meet client's cash management requirements. Collaborates with service representatives, account management, and sales to provide technical support as needed. Makes recommendations on technical aspects of cash management service plan design. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
