Job Description for Client Services Director

Directs a team responsible for the development, implementation, and troubleshooting of enterprise hardware, software, and networking systems. Generates timelines, estimates costs, and ensures projects meet the needs of the client organization. Oversees the operations of a team of project managers, business technology consultants, and implementation specialists who interface with the client organization. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
