Job Description for Client Technologies Technician, Sr. New Search   
Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots desktop hardware and software packages. Interacts with end-users to identify current computing procedures and desktop-based LAN systems software operations and makes selection recommendations accordingly. Responsible for writing documentation to describe product corrections. Writes manual for end-users to describe installation and operating procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager.
