Job Description for Commercial Loan Officer IV New Search   
Responsible for soliciting and servicing a variety of commercial loans. Interviews applicants and recommends approval of customer applications for commercial loans. Analyzes applicant financial status and credit to determine feasibility of granting loan. Approves loan within established limits or refers loan to loan committee for approval. Verifies loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
