Creates, implements and oversees communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products. May aid in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward employees. Provides supervision and direction to staff. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 7 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
