Job Description for Computer Systems Manager New Search   
Oversees the operation, maintenance and procedures of the organization's computer systems. Establishes department procedures and ensures hardware/software availability and stability. Analyzes user requirements and problems and enhances current computer systems' capability. May require an associate's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
