Job Description for Conflicts Manager

Manages and directs all aspects of the conflicts department. Oversees the process of conflict resolution with clients and third party to maintain good vendor relationship. Coordinates with the attorneys and mediators to prevent potential conflicts. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
