Assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to construction projects. Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications for materials, equipment, manpower, or other construction services. Secures all necessary approvals and ensures that standard company procedures are followed. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
