Job Description for Corporate Compliance Director

Directs programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business units are in compliance with financial policy and reporting regulations. Tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organization's policies and implements necessary changes. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
