Monitors compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Stays abreast of laws and regulations that might affect the organization's policies and procedures. Prepares compliance reports to present to senior management. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
