Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies. Recommends changes to products or services to fulfill customer needs. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area, and at least 7 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
