Job Description for Customer Service Supervisor

Supervises a staff of customer service representatives and ensures customers are satisfied. Responsible for training customer service representatives, and for developing and implementing operations and policies. May require a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
