Assisted Living Residential Administrator administers the day to day operations of the community's residential living units. Ensures proper accommodations for each resident. Being an Assisted Living Residential Administrator builds good relationships with residents and families and participates in resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition. Implements and monitors safety protocols. Additionally, Assisted Living Residential Administrator address complaints and resolve problems. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Assisted Living Residential Administrator supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
