Job Description for District Retail Sales Manager New Search   
Oversees a group of senior store managers from a specified geographic region. Responsible for hiring and training store managers. Ensures stores meet operating and revenue goals. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to the Regional Retail Store Manager.
