Responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms and facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition in line with hotel policies and guest satisfaction. Responsible for overseeing housekeeping staff. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
