May manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement. May require a bachelors degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
