Job Description for Financial Retail Sales Assistant III - Registered New Search   
Provides general clerical or sales support for one or more Registered Representatives. Opens new accounts, processes orders for existing clients, and answers questions regarding the organization's products and services. May execute trades as required. May handle larger or more complex clients/accounts. Requires NASD series 7 and 63 licenses as well as an in-depth knowledge of the firm's offerings. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
