Job Description for Financial Systems Analyst

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of financial software. Ensures that all financial modules are meeting organizational needs. Collaborates with IT and finance staff to meet business requirements; may be responsible for end user training. Ensures that consistent practices are used throughout the company to maintain the integrity of the system. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a project lead or manager.
