Job Description for Fraud Detection Supervisor

Supervises fraud detection associates in their effort to detect possible customer fraud. Leads cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring; researches and documents current procedures and processes that impact fraud. Researches, documents, and implements best practices in the industry with regard to fraud detection. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
