Regional Retail Store Construction Manager oversees and directs retail store construction projects within a specified region. Visits construction sites, inspects the work of contractors, resolves issues, and orders store fixtures and/or furnishings. Being a Regional Retail Store Construction Manager coordinates and supervises construction workers and subcontractors and maintains quality control procedures. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Regional Retail Store Construction Manager typically reports to Retail Store Construction Director. The Regional Retail Store Construction Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.
