Manages a specific industry vertical group and/or geographic area of branches. Accountable for group's financial performance. Typically, aggregate of group's loans and deposits between $500M and $1B. Establishes goals and performance levels for specified branches according to goals set by the organization. Ensures branches have the tools and personnel needed to meet goals. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
