Job Description for Group/Region Manager I (Commercial Loans) New Search   
Oversees commercial lending activity for an industry vertical and/or geographic area. Manages and recommends lending objectives and practices. Responsible for small to mid-size asset loan portfolios. Establishes lending goals and performance levels for specified branches according to goals set by the organization. Ensures branches have the tools and personnel needed to meet lending goals. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
