Job Description for HRIS Director New Search   
Directs the operations of an organization's human resource information systems. Develops, implements, and modifies system requirements. Oversees the maintenance of internal database files and tables, and the development of custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience in the field. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
