Job Description for Housing Program Manager

Oversees operations of a housing program. Sets budget and policies, hires and trains staff, and oversees occupancy eligibility/operations. Develops and provides reports or documentation needed to secure/maintain funding or grants. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
