Job Description for Installation & Maintenance Technician Director

Directs the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other telecommunications equipment in the field to ensure optimum network usage and quality. Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. Ensures all functions are completed on time and within budget. Oversees the scheduling of installation and maintenance services. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and at least 10 years of related experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
