Job Description for LAN/WAN Administrator

Responsible for the settings, configuration and maintenance of LAN/WAN and related hardware/software. Provides troubleshoots pertaining to LAN/WAN to meet users' needs. Takes initiative for the network security and systems upgrades. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2-5 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
