Additionally, Fraud Prevention Supervisor analyzes current processes and procedures and makes recommendations to promote more effective operations. Provides training and guidance to new employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Fraud Prevention Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes.
