Being a Non-Profit Program Associate Director oversees program operations and leads and coordinates the activities of program teams and partners. Utilizes data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs. Additionally, Non-Profit Program Associate Director develops budgets and may manage the grant proposal process. Organizes and oversees fundraising and community outreach events. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an executive. The Non-Profit Program Associate Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
