Designs and implements programs to identify prospective major gift donors for a not-for-profit organization. Devises and executes plans to qualify, contact, and cultivate potential new donors. Tracks and manages the prospective donor pool to develop reports and monitor program results. Builds and adapts programs to a point of sustainability. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
