Manages the buying and merchandise assortment activities for an organization's eCommerce site. Reviews and evaluates customer demand and sales trends to determine where to place products for sale. Works with business development to suggest and review potential partnerships. Recommends additional service offerings and usability enhancements. May require an advanced degree in a related area with at least 7 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
