Responsible for offering and providing bank card information services to existing or potential clients. Assists clients in the set up of bank card accounts and processing systems; responds to issues that may require troubleshooting. Ensures the maintenance of systems and accounts including inquiries regarding billing, payments, and procedural issues. May require bachelor's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
