Job Description for Merchant Card Customer Service Representative II

Responsible for offering and providing bank card information services to existing or potential clients. Assists clients in the set up of bank card accounts and processing systems; responds to issues that may require troubleshooting. Ensures the maintenance of systems and accounts including inquiries regarding billing, payments, and procedural issues. May require bachelor's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
