Being a Test Engineering Manager I ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Test Engineering Manager I typically reports to a unit/department head. The Test Engineering Manager I manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
