Job Description for Guest Services ManagerNew Search
Responsible for managing guest and front office operations. Assists with check-in/-out, responds to guest requests, and oversees lobby operations. Oversees the operations of the hotel amenities, such as concierge and valet services, pool or spa operations, and provides assistance to guests as needed. Monitors scheduling of employees and oversees department during shifts. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
