Analyzes and resolves problems associated with server hardware/software and applications software and ensures scalability and appropriate integration with other systems. Detects, diagnoses, and reports NT related problems on both NT server and NT desktop systems. Responsible for backup or recovery procedures. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
