Job Description for Operations Manager

Manages the day-to-day activities of an organization's non-manufacturing operations department. Assists in evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures. Recommends changes when necessary and assists in implementation of new processes. Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
