Manages and directs the daily activities of multiple operations functions. Makes recommendations to improve the productivity, quality, and efficient delivery of products and services. Develops and implements polices and procedures. Requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent and 5-7 years experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a senior manager.
