Manages the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic/care center. Responsible for ensuring that high quality patient care is given and that there is economical and efficient performance. Monitors patient volumes, quality of care, and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of direct experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
