Job Description for Physician Practice Operation Director New Search   
Directs administrative and clinical services for one or more physician office sites. Establishes standards for the units and monitors the quality of patient care. Responsible for overseeing operations of all practice units and ensuring units operate according to established standards. May require a master's degree in area of specialty and at least 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
