Job Description for Program Coordinator (Non-Profit)

Coordinates one or more programs for a non-profit organization, including fundraising, budgeting, and community outreach. Develops and implements programs that align with the organization's mission and support the organization's goals. May be responsible for special events that publicize the organization and its programs to the community. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
