Job Description for Project Lead - Application Systems and Programming New Search   
Designs, plans, and coordinates application systems and programming work teams. Provides technical support to project team members. Handles complex application features and technical designs. Designs and implements the components required for complex application features. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area with at least 7 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
