Job Description for Property Acquisitions Associate New Search   
Gathers and interprets data to assist in property acquisitions. Assists in the financial evaluation and negotiation of acquisitions. Conducts due diligence on properties to be acquired; may assist in contract negotiations. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a manager or head of unit/department.
